While it is important to know the background of the real estate agent you work with, your objective is to buy or sell real estate. Is the agent capable in the real estate business?
During his real estate career, nearly one-half billion in real estate production has crossed his desk as a manager and broker.
Typically he enjoys sales production far above the production of a typical real estate agent and is consistently among the top producing agents in the entire Warrenton/ Rappahannock/ Culpeper/Fauquier/Middleburg marketplace. If you are interviewing agents, ask about personal success not the success or size of the agent¹s office or company. This success is made possible by the unique approach used by Allen Real Estate. Capable of handling all price ranges and categories, his sales have included some of the finest estates in America. His firm is well known as the clearing house in the Warrenton area for unique and interesting country properties, cottages, land and estates. Allen Real Estate also handles condominiums, town houses and residential real estate.
He wrote a manual "How to Sell Luxury Homes," which has been marketed in North America and abroad. The manual shows other agents NOT how to convince people to buy and sell; but rather how to work professionally with people to understand their needs and emotions, and to apply the work ethic to get it done.
